Super Jumbo

I spent my first night and full day with my host family. Ellos son muy simpaticos. My room (pictures will come in a later post) is about the size of my old room in tahoe, about 10x10 or so. I have my own bathroom, and a bridge to enter my room from my house. Es un poco peligroso, pero tambien es divertido.

The seccond night I was in another hotel, closer to the down town than the first one. the price (paid by USAC) was $189.00 AMERICAN per night. No free internet, but we did have a big tv, a couch, a fridge, and enough room to play basket ball in the room if we wanted. before we got our keys we were informed that any alcohol durring orientation (first 2 days) was prohibited, so... A couple of my new friends and myself went to the store and bought some beer and wine.
Both these items cost less than $2,000 pesos chilenos, that is less than $2.30 american. It fueled a bit of an interesting morning, but it was a fun night with about 8 or so of my new friends.*

Why does this man have a penis in his hand?
That is a question I just had to ask, please, if you have any idea, let me know.
Here in Chile, they have these sort of choose your own adventure toilets, you can let it go as long as you want, that know just keeps turning and turning, all the water you can dream of. They're also small and low. Hard targets.

A day ago, we walked to the mall to get telefonos celulaes prepagados, and There was this sign that made me really feel like this might be the place for me.
Literally translated means "Jumbo Access" As you can guess, I fit in really well here.
It is late here (1:00am) I think I'll call it a night.

A quick hello to my family, my friends, and my girl, I miss you all.
For the record, that's April (not my sister, Theresa I miss you too)
